Brochure box flyers will be prepared and placed in
the brochure box on your property. |

Advertizing will be prepared and placed in various
media on a regular basis, as appropriate. |

A packet of information will be sent with
information for showings, selling tips, contract information, etc. |
|
You will receive a report about the real estate
market; in particular, information about the comparable homes that are
on the market, pending, or recently sold on a monthly basis. |

You will receive a report of the buyer’s
reactions and agent comments about your property twice a month, with
access to that information available to you more often if desired. |
